Module content

Ethical-legal framework/s governing disciplinary hearings at SANC. Application of knowledge of integrative healthcare. Monitoring and evaluation of therapeutic, safe and risk free environment. Evaluation of level of evidence-based practice. Principles of human resource management (including performance management). Evaluation of quality of management processes in healthcare practice. Engagement in mentoring and coaching of junior students in professional activities. NB: Only for BCur students.
